Uploads
Upload limits, storage space, large files, and remote imports.
Is there a limit to the file size I can upload?
Upload limits depend on the package assigned to your account. A guest account can upload files up to 100 MB. A free user account can upload files up to 500 MB. A premium account can upload files up to Unlimited.
Is there a limit to the storage space I can use?
Total storage depends on your package. A guest account has Unlimited of storage. A free user account has 5 GB of storage. A premium account has Unlimited of storage.
Does this site support large-file uploads?
Yes. Large uploads are supported through package-based limits, and bigger transfers can use multipart-friendly upload handling when storage is set up for it.
Can I import files from a remote URL?
Yes. Remote URL imports are available on supported packages, so you can fetch a file directly into your account without re-uploading it from your device.
Downloads
Access rules, speeds, retention, and share links.
Do downloads have access restrictions?
Guest downloads are currently allowed, although package rules and security checks may still apply.
Are there speed or bandwidth limits?
Download speed and daily transfer limits vary by package. Guest gets 500 KB/s with a daily transfer limit of 5 GB. Free User gets 1 MB/s with a daily transfer limit of 20 GB. Premium gets unlimited speed with no daily transfer cap.
How long are my files stored?
Retention is based on package rules and is measured from the last download date. Files uploaded under guest are stored for 30 days after the most recent download. Files uploaded under free user are stored for 365 days after the most recent download. Files uploaded under premium are stored indefinitely.
Can I share my files with others?
Yes. Each uploaded file can generate its own shareable link. Visibility and direct-link behavior still depend on the package and site rules set by the admin.
Accounts
Registration, verification, privacy, and deleting files.
How do I create or upgrade an account?
You can register directly from the site. If a paid package is available, upgrade links appear on the pricing area and checkout pages.
Do I need to verify my email address?
Yes. New accounts need to confirm their email address before they can use the full account workflow.
Can I keep files private?
Yes. Files can stay private inside your account until you choose to share them. Public-link behavior still depends on package permissions and site rules.
What happens when I delete a file?
Deleted files usually move to Trash first so you can restore them before they are cleared permanently. Admin removals for abuse or DMCA are tracked separately from your own Trash actions.
Plans & Billing
What changes as your plan changes.
What changes when I move to a different plan?
Changing plans can affect storage, upload size, download speed, daily transfer limits, remote-upload access, and reward participation. The exact differences depend on the package you move into.
Creator Rewards
Whether creator rewards are active and when payouts become available.
How do creator rewards qualify?
Creator rewards are not active right now, so downloads and shares do not generate reward earnings on this site.
When are earnings ready for payout?
Payout requests are only available when creator rewards are enabled.
Privacy & Abuse
Moderation, policy removals, and support follow-up.
What happens if a file is reported for abuse or DMCA?
If a file is reported for abuse, copyright, or another policy issue, staff can remove it from public access or from the account entirely. Support can help explain moderation actions when needed.
API
Programmatic access, tokens, and integrations.
Does the platform include an API?
Yes. The service includes a public API with personal API tokens, multipart upload session support, managed upload shortcuts, file metadata access, and application-controlled download links.
